Shipping and handling

1. Shipping


        Since most transactions would be from international customers, we do not offer free shipping. You must purchase shipping services.

        Shipping cost is flat rate 19.99 USD, per separate order. Each order can contain more than one product. Doesn't matter where you live, it's all 19.99 USD.

        Service provider:

        Shipping service we use include DHL express, TNT, EMS. Service is selected based on availability in your location. You may not select shipping provider. There is no difference in shipping cost. 



        We ship to the following destinations:

European countries (EU); North America (US, Canada); Oceania countries (Australia, New Zealand). 

        We still attempt to ship to locations not listed above. Make sure you contact us if your location is not listed. If your shipment cannot be delivered due to geographical limitations, you will receive a full refund.


        Shipment usually reach their destinations in 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

        Why do I  have to manually add shipping to cart:

        Due to limitations of paypal services, you must manually add “SHIPPING” to your cart. Please purchase and only purchase “SHIPPING” once. We will cancel your order if you did not add shipping services. If you add more than 1 “Shipping” to your cart, you will not receive any additional service.


2. Handling

        We make sure the products you purchase will arrive in your hands safely. There is no additional charge on product packaging, unless you manually request a special accommodation.
